Hi, I'm Yue!

I’m a product designer and leader based in San Diego. I believe in curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset. I love diving into complex challenges, questioning assumptions, and shaping them into solutions that simplify life for users while creating meaningful business impact.

Over the past seven years, I’ve led design and launched 10+ products across AI-based startups, event tech, ed tech, food tech, and e-commerce. As the founding designer in several early-stage companies, I’ve led end-to-end design–taking products from 0→1 and scaling them into platforms that drive growth, engagement, and funding.

With a background in architecture, I bring an eye for detail, systems thinking, and the ability to balance tradeoffs in product design. Along the way, I was honored with multiple awards such as Lighting Magazine’s “40 under 40 North America”.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking coastal trails with my family, practicing pilates, experimenting with new recipes, or tending to my growing collection of plants.
